This pilot program is for Canadians/Permanent Residents to hire a foreign national to provide in-home caregiving for the elderly parents Each year, the quota is set at 2,750. The quota for 2023 is still open.
Eligibility:
● 1-year post-secondary (or higher)
● 24 months qualifying work experience in Canada or demonstrate work experience if the foreign national does not have 24 months of Canadian experience
● Job Offer from an Employer in Canada
