This pilot program is for Canadians/Permanent Residents to hire a foreign national to provide in-home caregiving for children. The quota for each year is set at 2,750. Due to the popularity of this pilot program, the quota for 2023 is filled within 3 hours of opening.
Eligibility:
● 1-year post-secondary (or higher)
● 24 months qualifying work experience in Canada or demonstrate work experience if the foreign national does not have 24 months of Canadian experience
● Job Offer from an Employer in Canada
