The Prince Edward Island (PEI) provincial government announced this morning that it will be eliminating the 100% and Partial Ownership Streams of the Business Impact Category, and moving to a Work Permit stream. This is where where applicants would come to PEI and run a business for 1 year before being nominated and later receiving permanent residency. CBC news.
