Eligibility:

●  Prove your business is supported by a designated organization

● Be outside Canada and your country of persecution

● Be a convention or country of asylum refugee – determined by IRCC or a referral letter from an IRCC partner or a valid Refugee Status Determination (RSD) from UNHCR or a refugee-hosting state

● admissible to Canada

● must be eligible to apply for one of the following programs:

                        – Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP)

                        – Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

                        – Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP)

● To qualify for 1 of these programs, you must have:

● English or French skills

● Education or job training, and work experience

● A job offer from a Canadian employer for full-time work
