From our experience, two of the most aspects of business immigration are the exploratory visit and the business plan. The purpose of an exploratory visit is to conduct a planned business research. The itinerary must be carefully planned, and appointments must be made prior to travel.
The other issue is the business plan. First, most business plan writers are hired to write plans for financing. They are very well verse with what financial institutions require but most of them are not aware of what a Migration Officer would require in a business plan. Second, many people assume that Migration Officers have no idea on how to operate a business or that they do not know how to read financial numbers. One will be surprised to find that many of these Migration Officers may be business graduates or that they have undergone intensive training how to read and assess a business plan against the objectives and requirements of immigration.
Many immigration companies and legal firms do not have the capability or experience to assess, critique and ensured that the business plan meets overall immigration requirements.
BPS has the expertise to do this because our CEO is a business graduate and have worked in a senior management position in Canada prior to establishing BPS. We always make it a point to ensure that the business plan including the numbers will meet immigration requirements. We have many business clients and we are able to help the migrate successfully to Canada.
